A Very
Blooming Winter

A Very Blooming Winter romantic cold-weather atmosphere

Intro

A Very Blooming Winter is a Fall/Winter RTW project built around the idea of a warm, romantic winter with a streetwear edge.

The collection combines nylon, denim, lace, knitwear and eveningwear volumes with mixed-material floral applications, set stones and bold chromatic contrasts.

Developed across daywear, streetwear and eveningwear languages, the project turns winter into something colourful, feminine and emotionally charged.

Concept

The project starts from the desire to imagine winter as something less grey, less melancholic and more alive.

Romantic floral elements are placed inside a cold-weather wardrobe, creating a contrast between softness and protection, streetwear and elegance, oversized volumes and feminine surface detail.

The result is a blooming winter: warm, decorative, slightly dramatic and strongly connected to the body through colour, shape and surface.

Colour
Direction

The palette combines mustard gold, soft blush pink, bright fuchsia, night blue, muted green, dusty sage, charcoal grey and black.

Pink and fuchsia bring emotional warmth and floral intensity, while navy, green and black create depth, winter structure and contrast.

Gold tones add a decorative accent, connecting the colour palette to embroidery, stones and ornamental details.

Material and
Surface Direction

The collection is built through a contrast of winter materials and decorative surfaces.

Nylon, denim, lace, knitwear and padded constructions are combined with floral applications made from mixed materials, embroidery and set stones.

The surface work is not only decorative: it emphasises volume, creates focal points on the body and brings a refined feminine layer into streetwear and cold-weather garments.

Volume
Direction

The silhouettes work mainly through oversized shoulders and upper-body volume, gradually narrowing toward the lower silhouette.

This creates a strong contrast between protective shapes and more feminine proportions, allowing padded pieces, knitwear and eveningwear garments to feel both bold and wearable.

Three
Collection Languages

01 | 03

Lace and Nylon

The first family explores the contrast between protective nylon, lace surfaces and floral embellishment.

Padded pieces, lace-covered sleeves, transparent effects and applied floral details create a winter language that is both functional and romantic.

The group introduces the main tension of the collection: cold-weather protection transformed through decoration, softness and feminine surface work.

Denim & Knit

The second family brings the collection closer to streetwear through denim, knitwear, hooded shapes, striped surfaces and embroidered denim details.

Here, knitwear becomes more graphic and relaxed, while denim is softened through floral embroidery, lace, colour and decorative applications.

Together, the family translates streetwear codes into a more decorative and feminine construction, keeping denim and knitwear connected through embroidery, colour and surface detail.

Evening Knitwear

The final family moves the collection toward a more eveningwear-oriented language.

Long knit dresses, maxi cardigans, off-shoulder shapes and dramatic floral embroidery transform knitwear into a more elegant and scenographic surface.

The decorative elements become larger, more placed and more precious, creating a stronger connection between winter knitwear and occasionwear.

Selected
Development

Technical Development

This section focuses on selected garments from the collection, showing how romantic floral surface work is translated into cold-weather RTW construction.

The developments highlight padded nylon, lace-doubled denim sleeves, denim jumpsuit construction, hand-embroidered knit sleeves, maxi cardigan volume, off-shoulder knit dress construction, floral dégradé placement and mixed-material embroidery.

They are intended as proof of design thinking and product interpretation, not as a complete industrial production package.

The garment features a ribbed collar, a central light-gold T5 zip, a flap pocket on the right chest and welt pockets at the waist.

A double gathered flounce finishes the hem, adding movement and femininity to the padded structure.

The left shoulder is enriched with handmade floral embroidery in georgette and denim, embellished with set stones.

An oversized maxi cardigan where knitwear becomes a decorative and almost outerwear-like garment through an asymmetric embroidered collar.

The cardigan is developed in a wool-silk blend, gauge 5, with an oversized volume that narrows toward the hem through 1x1 rib.

It features a deep neckline, applied knit patch pockets, dropped shoulders and a shiny plastic button.

The wide asymmetric 1x1 rib collar becomes the main surface of the garment, with hand-applied floral embroidery in chiffon, georgette and denim.

A cascade of coloured set stones enriches the embroidery and gives the piece a more eveningwear-focused attitude.

Floral
Embellishment

Floral embellishment is one of the strongest visual codes of the collection.

Oversized fabric flowers, georgette petals, denim flowers, set stones, rhinestones and hand-applied embroidery transform winter garments into decorative surfaces.

This focus shows how floral construction becomes volume, texture and identity, bringing a rich atelier quality into the cold-weather language of the project.

Knitwear
Denim Surface

Knitwear and denim define the more product-oriented side of the collection.

Gauge knit structures, embroidered sleeves, denim surfaces, lace-doubled details, tobacco topstitching and floral applications create a contrast between streetwear construction and romantic surface work.

This focus connects practical garment codes with decorative intervention, showing how denim and knitwear can become softer, richer and more expressive.
